We obtained zoning and site plan approval for the entire project. We also obtained the land acquisition loan and project financing. Negotiated and obtained approval from NDOT to replace a rip-rap channel with a box culvert, allowing the site to have curb and gutter along its frontage. Sorano Commercial Center is the only development project with a curb and gutter and landscaping along St. Rose Parkway. This added major esthetic value and monetary value to the project. All on and off-site servicing construction was completed and the box culvert construction was completed on time and within budget.
