Initially the land was zoned for 7 one-story buildings for a total of 70,000 sq.ft. After an eighteen month negotiation and re-zoning application process with the City of Henderson and 22 single family residence owners, we obtained zoning and site plan approval for a two story building and a three story building for a total of 168,000 sq.ft. The new zoning approval increased the initial property appraisal of seven million to fifteen million. We obtained the land acquisition and development loan and project financing loan. All on and off site servicing construction was completed and the box culvert construction was completed on time and with in budget.
