– Bidding and contract negotiations with architects, engineers, interior designer.

– Design review and analysis- ensuring budget control

– Building permit submittal and approval

– Construction supervision and project scheduling

– Quality and budget control

– Review and approval of invoicing prior to owner payment

– Construction extra analysis, negotiation and approval

– Issue resolution and deficiency completion

Outcome :

The custom residence was completed on time and on budget. The quality of interior and exterior construction exceeded the Owners expectations. Our Owner Representative fees were paid for by reducing the overall cost of the project compared to the original general contractor bids and minimizing the extra costs.
